When you ask questions, Cognizor AI executes queries locally and transfers only the specific results to our AI for analysis. This may include:

• Query Results: Specific data points answering your questions (e.g., "top 10 products this month")
• Aggregated Metrics: Sales totals, order counts, revenue summaries as requested
• Analytical Data: Trends, comparisons, and insights generated from your queries
• No Bulk Data: We never receive or store complete product catalogs, full customer lists, or entire order histories

Conversation History

We store your question history and AI responses to provide:

• Conversation continuity and context
• Improved AI responses based on your usage patterns
• Ability to revisit previous analyses and insights

Data Retention

We retain conversation history and query results for up to 3 months from your last activity. After this period, data may be automatically deleted unless you maintain an active subscription. Upon account termination, data is retained for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation.

Usage Analytics

We collect minimal usage data to improve our service:

When you deactivate or uninstall the Cognizor AI plugin:

• All local data processing stops immediately
• No new data is transmitted to our servers
• You can request deletion of stored conversation history
• Your subscription can be canceled at any time
