Cognizor AI is a WordPress plugin that provides AI-powered analytics and conversational insights for WooCommerce stores. Our service enables you to:

• Ask Natural Language Questions: Query your store data using natural language
• Generate Intelligent Insights: Receive AI-powered analysis of your business data
• Create Dynamic Visualizations: Auto-generate charts and graphs from your data
• Access Historical Analysis: Review past conversations and insights
• Customize AI Behavior: Set custom instructions for personalized responses (Pro/Business plans)

2. Account Registration and Usage

License Activation

To use Cognizor AI, you must:

• Install the WordPress plugin on a compatible WooCommerce store
• Activate a valid license key for your chosen plan
• Ensure your WordPress environment meets our technical requirements
• Maintain an active subscription for continued access

Usage Quotas and Limits

Your usage is subject to plan-specific limits:

• Free Plan: Limited number of questions per month
• Starter Plan: Increased question limits, basic analytics features
• Pro Plan: Higher limits, custom instructions, advanced features
• Business Plan: Highest limits, custom instructions, priority support

3. Subscription and Billing

Payment Terms

• Subscription Billing: Charged monthly or annually based on your chosen plan
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Payment Methods: Credit cards and other methods supported by Stripe
• Taxes: May be applied based on your location and local regulations

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Access Continues: Service remains active until the end of your billing period
• No Partial Refunds: We don't provide prorated refunds for partial months

4. Data Security and Privacy

How Data Processing Works

• Query Execution: SQL queries are executed locally on your WordPress/WooCommerce database
• Selective Data Transfer: Only the specific query results (not your entire database) are sent to our AI for analysis
• AI Processing: Our LLMs analyze the query results to generate insights, charts, and recommendations
• Conversation Storage: We store your questions, query results, and AI responses for conversation history
• Read-Only Access: Our system can only read data, never modify or delete anything in your store
• No Bulk Syncing: We never copy your entire database or maintain a synchronized copy of your store data

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use Cognizor AI to:

• Ask questions about your store's performance and metrics
• Create visualizations and export data for business purposes

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Abuse the Service: Excessive API calls, automated scraping, or system overload
• Share License Keys: License keys are for single-store use unless multi-store plan
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decode, decompile, or extract our algorithms
• Circumvent Security: Bypass any security measures or access controls
• Violate Laws: Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Access Unauthorized Data: Attempt to access data from other stores or users

6. Technical Requirements

System Compatibility

• PHP: Version 7.4 or higher (8.0+ recommended)
• Database: MySQL 5.6+ or MariaDB 10.0+

Performance Requirements

• Memory: Minimum 256MB PHP memory limit (512MB+ recommended)
• Network: Stable internet connection for AI processing
• Storage: Adequate disk space for conversation history
• Database Access: Ability to create read-only database users

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Cognizor AI, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to:

• The Cognizor AI software and plugin
• Our AI models and prompting systems
• Service algorithms and methodologies
• Trademarks, logos, and brand assets
• Documentation and training materials

Your Rights

You retain all rights to your store data, business information, and insights generated from your data. You may use, share, and incorporate AI-generated insights into your business operations without restriction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

• AI Accuracy: While our AI is highly sophisticated, insights may not always be perfect
• Data Dependency: Insights are only as good as your store's data quality
• Business Decisions: You remain responsible for all business decisions and their outcomes
• Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

Liability Limits

Our total liability for any claims related to Cognizor AI is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Support and Maintenance

Support Levels

• Free Plan: Community support and documentation
• Starter Plan: Email support with 48-hour response time
• Pro Plan: Priority email support with 24-hour response time
• Business Plan: Priority support with same-day response time

Software Updates

We regularly release updates to improve functionality, add features, and address security issues. Updates are delivered through the WordPress plugin repository and are typically automatic.

10. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your use of Cognizor AI at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through your account dashboard
• Deactivating or uninstalling the WordPress plugin
• Requesting account deletion via email

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service for illegal purposes

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. We will retain your conversation history for up to 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect:

• Clarifications based on user feedback
